How does it works?
Your resume will be analyzed to make sure you meet the minimum requirements. If you are eligible, you will be interviewed by the recruiter. You will be immediately told whether you are shortlisted for the final round of interview or not. If you are shortlisted, the recruiter will guide you about the actions you need to take to qualify in the future interviews and further selection procedure.
For certain positions, technical knowledge is vital. If the candidate appears for that type of role, the recruiter will call the candidate for a technical interview
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by one of our clients’ recruiters. You will be informed shortly about your final selection. In most cases, the selected candidates are informed immediately after their selection. But sometimes, because of the high volume of candidates, the process can be delayed. If your application is shortlisted, then a member of our recruitment team will get in touch with you for further discussion.
