About Course
Galley stewarding is the first step in the hierarchy of cruise ship kitchens and their primary job is to keep the galleys and equipment clean and sanitized. Galley stewards can rise both in kitchen and F&B service departments. In addition, we cover critical USPH and sanitation standards including HACCP training + 3 bucket system.

Prerequisites
All candidates looking to enhance their career at Sea will be eligible.
- Candidates with 2-3 years relevant experience in large hotels/resort operation or cruise ships.
- Ability to read and interpret English.
- 10th standard pass certificate.
- Proof of completion of apprenticeship, hospitality or equivalency required.
- Valid Passport.
- Co-vid Vaccination Certificate.
